Cleanup On Dungeon Aisle
Have you ever wondered who keeps the dungeon nice and tidy between slain adventurers? Meet the Janitor.
As the Janitor, you have your work cut out for you, and there's only so much time before the next adventurers arrive:
- Re-activate all traps.
- Scrub blood stains.
- Sweep up debris and drop it in the trash disposal.
- Defeat any lingering monsters and drop their remains in the disposal to send them to the Respawn Department.
You are equipped with rubber gloves, a broom, and your chemical cleaning spray. A tip for combat: choose wisely - each type of monster has a weakness for one of your three tools, which means they will take bonus damage and they will be a lot easier to get "stunned" and be unable to perform their attack.

Update Log:

Ver. 0.02-
This is the start of the version log! That's pretty neat! well this is a small bug fix that I spent a couple hours on today, seeing as how this game gained a little traction the past couple of days
Fatal Errors:
- Purchased upgrades now work. Before, when purchasing an upgrade, it did not apply to your character. Now that should be fixed!
- On top of the upgrades being fixed, I found a bug that crashed the game when the player had the 'Sharpened Handle' Upgrade
- You can no longer get a game over by picking up items while having almost no stamina.
Fixes:
- Music no longer cuts off when changing levels
- unlocked levels no longer become locked again when switching to a previous level
Tweaks:
- Enemies were killing me wayy to fast during playtesting, so I lowered their damage just a little bit
- Also lowered poison damage
That's it for this version. Not a whole lot of changes, but the game is now playable!

Interesting game! I cleared Level 2, completed all the tasks but I assume there is no Level 3 because it did not show up for me. I also somehow got -1 stains. It's kind of hard to figure out, but I think I got the hang of it. I don't know what the blue on the Stamina is supposed to mean. I like the pixel art and music! Also, I bought upgrades, but I couldn't tell if I did actually buy them or not. I couldn't tell the difference in combat, and it took the part but then it would show back up in the upgrade screen.
Hey thanks for playing! Im happy you were able to get all the way through! i did not realize that the upgrades were no longer working until the game jam deadline was already past :( my biggest regret.
In this game I really like the pixel art / animation and control feel.
( It is a game similar to my entry in concept - cleaning stuff up and enemies having certain cleaning related weaknesses huh )
But I could not for the life of me defeat the first mob. Nothing I tried dealt any damage. Did I maybe press the wrong keys?
The music is super neat tho. I would be curious to see where this is meant to be going. A "mopping dirt" animation could be a nice addition. Maybe a way to not only slowly push objects but also smack them away a few meters.
Oh yeah! The tutorial was the last thing i worked on and i ran out of time :(((, but you click the attack you want to do, then click the enemy you want to attack!
Thanks for playing my game!
